Coming off the pill - Endo, bleeding and TTC

I was diagnosed with endometriosis 4 and a half years ago. 2 and a half years ago i gave birth to our son. Shortly after he was born i went on the desogestrel pill. I was on it for 2 and a half years and came off it a month ago.

Whilst i was on it i experienced 3 periods a month, all a week long and heavy. Then in between the periods i would be spotting.

I came off the pill 4 months ago. Since coming off it i haven't had a period once but my goodness my bloating is something else! I honestly look 4 months pregnant again. I have taken a test every day for the last 2 weeks and all.

Previously when i have come off the pill my periods returned within days.

Has anyone else had any experience of this? Is this likely my Endo?

We are TTC. We were very fortunate that i fell pregnant straight away with our first child and i'm quite scared that we wont be as fortunate with our second. One thing that is on our side is that i am under 30 however my husband is not.

Not too sure if i am after advice or just simply knowing i am not alone
