Does anyone else feel extremely tired all of the time? I never have any energy to do things and after I do manage to get some things done I always feel like I need to sit down and have constant breaks throughout the day. Im just wondering what other people do about their exhaustion and if you take anything or do anything to feel more energised? Xx

Extreme exhaustion
I get this a lot I always find breaking tasks down into smaller tasks can always help, and I just start with one thing. If I'm too tired, I take a break and pick up another task when I can
Hi loulou Fatigue does go along with endo but you need diagnosed by your GP, fatigue can have so many causes, and your level of fatigue seems high. You may have adrenal issues, thyroid, other hormonal issues etc so better to get blood tests first. Stress creates cortisol which can lead to adrenal gland impairment. Try eating small regular meals, focus on nutrition, avoid caffeine and sugar and aim for 8 hours sleep a night. You could try ginseng capsules as well, but I definitely think you need a definitive diagnosis for your fatigue. Good luck.
Hi thanks so much for the response, I had a look online at adrenal fatigue and it seems to be exactly what I have, I'm definitely going to go and get checked by the doctor as I know endometriosis can cause tiredness but mine does seem to be a bit excessive, thanks again xx
I am not sure there is a test for adrenal function as such but at least if you can rule out other things and your symptoms seem to fit adrenal fatigue (I do believe it exists), then at least you have a direction to follow. If you get a diagnosis and post it, then I will see if I can offer some general tips for you. (I'm qualified )
