I am currently going through a flare up of endometriosis but I now have a 10 month old and really struggling to keep up with him and some days even picking him up or walking with him is agony. Has anyone got any tips on how to cope?

Hi, I can’t really offer any advice but I just wanted to say that I know how u feel, I’m in exactly the same situation. Me and my 9 month old have a lot of jarmy days, we play on the floor and watch a lot of tv too! Some days I struggle to pick him up and carry him. I ended up moving back home with my parents a few month back so that they could help me with my kids. I also have an 8 year old who is very good but I feel guilty a lot of the time cos he is like my little career. This condition takes so much.
