Hey, I used to get this every time, I’ve just had a lap on Tuesday and they found a large cyst on my ovary and some endo. This could have been why it was so painful for me.

Aw this is completely normal when you have endometriosis. I'm with my partner 11 years this has happened me before. You.need to relax get drunk take a muscle relaxant take a painkiller before hand also.plenty of lubricant also. I find it worse around certain times of my cycle.
