endometriosis
I think you need to tell you Gyno this immediately. Did they find any endometriosis when you had surgery? What pills have you been on? I would suggest Yasmin, its a pill most people get along with Any questions ask
Something that I have learnt is that the people who shout loudest get the best care. I find it very difficult to stand up to doctors when they fob me off as I am not an assertive person. Also there is a patronising attitude that females are exaggerating or just being neurotic. If you are in lots of pain, you should go back to them as many times as it takes to get taken seriously. If you are in agony, go to A and E even though you think know what it is. Something may have burst, you may have an infection, you are completely valid in seeking help.
It's hard to get attention in a busy and understaffed health system, in my experience you have to fight to be heard.
Also I'm not sure where you are but in the NHS you can ask your GP for a second opinion or even get transferred to another hospital if you feel that they are not managing your care. bsge.org.uk/endometriosis-c...
Best of luck. x
