Does abdominal ultrasound show if my ovary is attached to my uterine

I have pain on my left but I don’t have cyst on it so i thought it could be that my my ovary is attached with my uterine but the doctor didn’t said anything about it it is not a severe pain but i feel uncomfortable i have big cyst on my right ovary but it didn’t cause pain for me which freaked me out

So Does abdominal ultrasound show if my ovary o is attached to my uterine ?
