Post partum Endo?

Hi. I had my second (and last) baby in October. She’s now 9 months old. After my first daughter I seemed to bounce back ok after giving birth and apart from losing some of my hair after stopping breast feeding I was generally ok. This second time has been different. I was breast feeding and yet my period started back at week 7. Then I had another 2 weeks later then 2 more weeks then 7 weeks then it levelled out a bit. These weren’t too bad pain or flow wise. However the last three have been ok ish flow but very heavy pressure on my whole lower abdomin. I’ve just had to lie still for a day or so. It’s not like a stabbing pain more of a constant pressure tenderness type pain. Saw my doc last month who prescribed tranexamic acid so I started taking it as soon as I saw spotting last night and it seems like the bleeding is very light and watery but still getting that pain which is now kicking in. Been taking ibuprofen and have a hot water bottle. I was looking up stuff and came across symptoms of endometriosis and feel i do have some. Since giving birth my immune system is rubbish - I pick up every bug going. I suffer more mood swings and irritability than I used to. Last cycle i experienced mild cramping most of the month as well. I’ve geberally felt very hormonal on and of since having her.

I’m very lucky as my husband is a very hands on dad and husband and will swoop in and let me rest but I hate feeling so debilitated for a day or so each month.

I’ve got an ultrasound booked for two weeks time so hopefully that might give me more info.

Just wondered if anyone else developed symptoms post partum? Do you have any tips or suggestions for the pain or to improve immune system. Any tips greatly appreciated.
