Nausea and Bloat?

I'm trying to figure out whats causing my extreme nausea and extra painful bloat tonight? I've eaten some food and had some drinks at a garden party (some mini sausage rolls, a ham sandwhich and some profiteroles as well as a few small cups of blue lagoon). I could barely finish my tiny plate of food and stopped drinking before I was even slightly tipsy because of the pain I was in.

My pain does seem to be getting worse lately and I haven't been diagnosed with endo as my laparoscopy came back clear.

Should I tell my Gynae on 30th about this? Does anyone with endo get this or do you think its something else?
