I recently had an mri after finding endo due to having the bowel camera as I bleed from the back and become extremely bloated around my period!
I have yet to see my gyne for the mri results, butttt whilst at the gp the other day I did ask her to have a nosey!
She mentioned - Thick plaques between posterior aspects uterus and rectum and fluid in the pelvis.
(Amongst other things)
Does this ring a bell to anyone? Does anyone have any idea on what this could mean! Iāve obviously been and asked dr google but I try not to believe that, not to much anyway!

Sorry to jump in on your post but i wondered if i could ask a couple of questions.
I had a negative lap in march but know my bowel wasnt checked. I to get rectal bleeding on my period and have just had a clear colonoscopy. My next step was to ask for an MRI, was your colonoscopy clear as well? X
No my colonoscopy shown endometriosis. Thatās how it came around me being checked, as I was bleeding from the back and very bloated my doctor got me checked for bowel cancer. So the colonoscopy was checking for that. X
Oh i see. I bleed from my bottom and am extremely bloated as well. I was also checked as my dad passed away from bowel cancer. I see colorectal again in September and am hoping for an MRI. Do you get any funny sensations? Im going to sound crazy now but when i sit cross legged i feel like a flicking pulling forward from my rectum. After my colonoscopy my pelvic pains got extremely bad again, how was yours? X
