Ovaulation pain

Hey hope everyone all good !

I’m looking for a bit of advice, I have stage 4 endo diagnosed April 2018,

I’m on a lot of medication for the pain I’m at my max medication, today I feel terrible I checked my Flo app and it’s says I’m ovulating so I’m thinking that why I feel so bad today, I have a fever also I have been sent home from work crying and I’m so much pain when I was there I came home pj’s on n straight to bed I have Jus woken still feeling terrible I have another 2 hours before I can take my next lot of medication. Do I jus need to deal with the pain? I’m planning on having a bath but right now I can hardly move out of bed 😥😭 I can’t stand all the pain we have to go through it make’s me so mad they jus tell us to wait for god knows how many month’s! It’s annoying I had my mri last Thursday called my endo specialist still not heard anything from them🙄 but I can’t even think about it as it making me so mad esp when I’m having a rubbish pain day x
