Endo belly nightmare

Hi, I'm a week away from my period and I'm currently swollen like a basketball thats eaten another basketball.... unusual for me at this time of the month. It's a nightmare, I'm so uncomfortable and feel so so much pressure. I've just started the mini pill again, could this be an issue? I also follow the Endo Diet as strictly as I'm able (vegan, no soy, no sugar, no wheat, only very small amounts of caffeine) so I don't think it's my diet.

I go out and people stare at my tummy and look at me all sweet, like they can see that I'm pregnant and isn't it lovely, NOOOOOO. need to wear a badge that says "baby NOT on board, please stop asking me because you have no idea the huge damage you are doing my reinforcing the idea that I'm broken and that my pelvic region is pretty f'in useless"

any insight or advice? I'm sick of swelling up like this.

It’s horrid isn’t it. I get it most months, mid month. But it’s not always that exact. I would ask for some blood tests just to rule out anything else - I went recently and they checked markers for my ovaries, liver, kidneys and infections. But am also having a scan done next week to see if it’s a cyst that goes up and down with hormones. If not that, can only really be endo which is shitty, as nothing really they can do. Just have to have a separate wardrobe of clothes for it 😭.
