Morning I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about finding out lap date?

Also I was given some forms from my gyno few weeks back and I've missed place them! Do I need them? I had them for my pre op appointment but I'm not sure if I need them for the surgery itself?

Any info would be great xx

Ring the gynaecology waiting list that's what I did and they gave me a date over the phone, you won't need to bring any papers as the hospital will have everything they need there x
