Constant pain, and with trips to the restroom

Hello everybody, I'm 21, had a lap, had some spots of endo removed. They found like a mucus cyst(?) On my right ovary but they're concerned with it, cysts run in my family like crazy, i have normal ones. But i had my lap 7-8 weeks ago and still have constant pain. Not as bad as my cramps used to be but it's now constant. I've only had a single period since then, hasnt been much time. But most concerning thing is it still hurts extremely when i go to the restroom. I can't push and i can pinpoint the direct area where it hurts. Can this just be scar tissue? It's defintely not a uti, no bacteria showed up in a pee sample. But my dr isnt listening, the nurse is but not the dr. I'm not sure if i should still be having what feels like muscle pains (maybe?). It's notat either incision points. Left side and dead center in between the upper and lower incision.

Did you have an ablation surgery or an excision? The reason I’m asking is because I had an ablation done a year ago and experienced the exact same thing as you. It was as if my pain and symptoms got worse. I then found an excision specialist and I’m 12days post op hoping it will be different this time.
