Mirena strings...

I’m not to sure what to do as I can’t seem to find my IUD strings. Has anyone else had this problem? Also I have really bad weather pelvic pains around my ovaries and bowel movements are really painful sorry if this is TMI.

Hey lovely, if I were you I'd go get my strings checked with my GP/gyne/whoever can check them for you. Sometimes they can be quite troublesome to locate but given your pain too I'd definitely go have it checked out by a medical professional, sending best wishes x

Hey after having my Mirena cool in for four months I knew it wasn’t right?? Anyway the strings were still there after 10 months they were going to take it out in November 2017 when I was to have yet another lapostomoy but strings there but no coil it’s attached to my bladder!!! Knew it wasn’t right, go back even more so it’s gone missing if you can’t feel strings!!! Phone today and book appointment. Are you bleeding???
