Seeking help for endometriosis

I was recently told I have a 90% chance of having endometriosis... I was advised to take mircogynon 30 and to be honest I don’t want to take any form of the pill plus I suffer with severe migraines anyway is there any alternatives to help with my periods I’d really be grateful for some advice

The only way to get a formal most definitive diagnosis is laparoscopic surgery. I tried many different contraceptives and none worked and only made things worse for me but in others it has been worth taking so it’s an individual thing. What about the Mirena coil? That could be an option for you.

Thanks to replying ... to be honest my appointment felt really rushed the doctor just said you either have a larcoscopy or go on the pill but coming home and looking the pill up I just really don’t want to go on it and to be quite honest I don’t want the camera either I’m really frightened to have it done ... what does the morena coil do ?
