Finally got my appointment through for 20th of May.

Hey ladies. I've finally got my appointment through for a consultation with a gynecologist. I've written down some basic notes to take with me as I'm quite forgetful so worried I'll miss something. Any advice you can give me for initial appointment? What sort've questions to ask etc? I don't want to get fobbed off as I have so much in the past. 😔
