I’m having an MRI next week-the specialist said he wants to check that they haven’t missed anything. They need to put a dye in a then have mri. I don’t understand what the process is and forgot to ask questions - can anyone explain?
Also have ultrasound yesterday and my results are below. Can anyone give me a simple persons version of the results?
Thanks

I've had loads of MRIs with dye... for endo and another reason. They put a canular in and inject the dye during the scan. I just felt a cold sensation when it went it but nothing bad x
When I had mine they did some scanning, then someone came in to give me the dye and they did some more scans. The dye part was all pretty straightforward.
The tricky bit was that they wanted to fill both my rectum and vagina with jelly. This helps the scan to show the organs clearly. Made me feel very full! Then afterwards it’s really messy. I advise taking your own sanitary pads with you and maybe a spare pair of kickers. I went on to work afterwards and had a rather disconcerting leaking sensation for the rest of the day.
For me this was an alternative to another lap and it was so much easier. I hope yours goes smoothly too.
