Hi I had my laparascopy exicsion of emdemetrisis yesterday but today I keep having hot flushes to my face..I see this normal at all xx

Not sure but my tummy is rashy looking blotches all over. Could be possibly the meds like morphine based ones can do that. Also your body went through hell so it’s trying to normalise. And it is a hormone thing too regardless of what some drs say. Your body may be overcompensating estrogen perhaps. But I’d likely say it would be the meds.

I’ve got a nurse coming out tomorrow to change my dressings so I’m going to mention it to her but I literally can’t deal with the pain..my whole body..I can’t even cough or sit up right..pain in my shoulders and chest is awful but I guess that the gas..tried to go sleep but no joy it’s so uncomfortable..how u feeling now hun xx

I think we eat sent home too early. I’m rural so the chances of me getting any post op care is bloody unlikely. I too have the same pain. And it is harder to get up form a bed at home Cos u don’t have anything to help u up. I havnt tried to cough don’t want to. I’ve had maybe 3 hours sleep if I’m lucky since the op almost 8 hours ago. The pain sucks I have to keep moving myself to try shift the pain. The gas sucks and I’m meant to be out of here in a day staying in a city at motel and flying home alone. Not looking forward to having to do all that alone get round feed myself getting to airport.
