So having 5 zolodex then lap.. then what happens. Scared to be left alone....

So my op is In a few weeks which means I won’t take a 6th injection I’ll be having 5 then the lap to remove hopefully shrunken stage 4..

I have so many questions. What happens after? No more treatment, no check ups.. and how long does zolodex take to get out the system my last injection was March 22nd so that will be my last one before the lap

They may put you on some form of hormonal treatment to slow growth, you should have a post op check. After my stage 4 removal I had a post op then was discharged, had a few good years. I didn't do hormonal treatment so I'm back here again waiting.

I find it amazing there isn’t regular checks.. she was like ‘you know the symotoms’ .. but they means nothing

-.- Are you under a endo specialist? I'm having my 4th lap but with a BSGE specialist so I'm hoping the after care will be different than just being discharged.

Yeah This lap is at the endo centre with the BSGE specialist same as my priviate one but this one will be at the endo centre I’m going there will be some kind of care afterwards
