Chronic could constipation

As one of the main symptoms of endometriosis, any advice on chronic constipation,?what can I use ( home remedies or buy something) I have changed my diet but it's not helping please help

I would speak to your gp they could prescribe you something

Another really good home remedy is prune juice a glass in the evenings xxx

Fybogel is really good. Works for me within about 15-20 minutes. I got it from my GP but you can buy it over the counter from the chemist i think. I also tried lactulose but found it made me feel worse as I didn’t drink enough water alongside it and it didn’t work as quickly. Hope this helps x
