Endo update

So as you all know if been in hospital for over a week due to severe pain; after being told i have severe endometriosis and a frozen pelvic i had to have a ct which showed a mass near my right ovary and right kidney and showed an obstruction on my wee tubes I was taken down for surgery on Wednesday to have stents put in both kidneys to make an opening for flow

Drs came to speak to me today explaining it was severely blocked they are now putting in for a mri scan and have told me I'll be staying and that I need a full hysterectomy holding this week coming they may have to remove part of my bladder and possibly some of the bowel too I can't believe all this is happening me such a shock

In so much more pain now after kidney surgery but guess I'm in right place xxx

I am a fellow endo sufferer what a debilitating crappy disease this is. As a scientist I was reading into this and they endo is very different to our lining and it is characteristic of cancer in terms of proliferation and nature. I do hope they find a cure for this. I hope you feel better soon and I hope they catch all of it. Lots of prayers your way. Get well soon and stay strong. Its better they get all of it. I really hope someone somewhere is working on a cure for this. Sending lots of love x
