Zoladex and seized period

Finished zoladex injection since February and my period is yet to be out. Please what do I do?

Just wait, I’m afraid. I finished zoladex in November, and my first period was at the very end of February. That’s normal.

When I was doing my research about Zoladex before I went on to it I came across quite a few pages etc that said sometimes it can take up to 6 months etc for the drug to fully leave your system and for your ovaries to reboot properly where as with others it happens in the first month.

I’d try not to worry (easier said than done I know!) as stress can have a massive impact on the body aswell. If you haven’t had anything in the next month or two maybe see your Dr and see if they can prescribe you something that will help kickstart your ovulation again? In the mean time make sure you focus on your diet/lifestyle to make sure you’re giving your body every opportunity to do it’s thing.
