I was diagnosed with endo last may and had a lap and endo removed but now.....
Apologies in advance this may be a bit gross for some!!
Been having very small amounts of blood when I poo for a few months. This has now turned into what can basically be described as a bum period for the last 3 days with lots of shooting pains and aches in my backside area.
I went to the doctors last night and she said she suspected piles but she couldn't find or see anything on inspection. I am very sore to the touch in my lower back and upper bum area and same sort of area on the front. She is referring me to have a camera up as she said it could be endo on my bowel causing the bleeding.
Has anyone else experienced these horrible issues. Any can anyone give me any advice please?
Thanks xxx

I have the exact same problem. I was on the mini pill for about 8 months after being diagnosed with stage 3-4 endo. My bowel, uterus and ovaries are all stuck together. Everytime those bloody endo cells 'activate', i get really really bad lower back pains in my pelvis and sometimes front of my stomach/ womb area, which makes me want to go to the loo for a number 2. This can happen up to about 7 or 8 times a day! When i pass theres sort of mucus and abit of blood in the stool, and sometimes when i wipe there is blood on the tissue, eventho im not on my period/ break bleed etc so there shouldnt be any blood. I have alot of trapped air too and feel bloated all the time. Sometimes my pains are so bad i have to sit on the toilet for ages cos i feel like there are 'stuff' coming but i get up and theres hardly anything there...just blood on the tissue. So sorry for the details! >_<
I have gone diary, gluten, and lactose free to try and ease the pains/ loo problem, as people have said it helps. Maybe give that a go and see? x
