I need your help

Hi I'm New to the group and joined seeking help

Over a year ago I started spotting for one entire week dark brown blood before period which by time developed into one week of bleeding rather than spotting, I also have lower back pain all the month long which before severe during ovulation and after cessation of period Flow, I have extreme fatigue all the time and the most debilitating issue for me is extremely heavy legs

When I get an ultrasound before period it shows small ovarian cysts than completely disappear after period

During the week of spotting I suffer fever and dull back pain

My periods are very irregular as I have a highly stressful life but once My emotional stress subsides periods before normal again

Sorry for this too long message but I need your help as I live in a developed country and it is so hard for me to find a good doctor

They diagnosed me with pcos though I don't have hirsutism or weight gain

Others diagnosed me with dysfunctional uterine bleeding and put me on the pill that worsened My pain
