Ask your GP to refer you to a specialist gynaecologist clinic . They could sort out your treatment and symptoms. Getting pregnant are really difficult with your condition but they'll be able to shed a light on your situation. If you live in London best if you could be refer in Queen Charlotte and Chelsea hospital at Imperial Healthcare trust beside Hammersmith hospital . They specialise in this type of condition.

All the best and good luck 😉
