Post-lap hernia

Hi

I had a lap 18 months ago and I am in more pain since the lap than before. A CT scan in May 17 revealed the lap had caused a hernia.

Ironically, on the day of the lap, there were no cysts/endometriomas present (but they were back in May CT), so the lap was completely unnecessary.

Has anyone's else's lap resulted in a hernia? How long does it normally take the pain to go away when you have a lap (with no complications)?
