Can you have Endometriosis and not bleed?

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. I had surgery less than a year ago and things were great after. October 2017 things started to play up again and my bleeding was all over the place. Now it seems to be every other week to 3 weeks. Only problem is I can be in a lot of pain before I bleed and this can be continuous. Can you still have Endometriosis and not bleed all the time?
