I have these endometriosis symptoms and wanted to ask if anyone else has them as my diagnosis is not official. That will help me understand what’s wrong with me. I did every possible test and scan (but not lap) and all came out normal.
So during menstruation and the week before when I have the flare ups, I have a pelvic pain accompanied with all or most of the following symptoms:
- chills/ shivering
- headache/ heavy head and feeling of fainting.
- nausea, sometimes vomiting
- bowl movement
- rapid pulse and breathing
- extreme fatigue
It could stay for minutes or hours.
Did anyone experience something similar? Please help.
That helps! Thank you. Knowing that these symptoms exist makes you feel less stressed and anxious about what’s going on. I’m sorry you’re struggling too and I hope you feel better.
I have been diagnosed with endo and I do have headaches, migraines. Recently I have started to get nauseated, bloated and lose my appetite during flare ups too! Look after yourself, stay hydrated and eat slow release cards to maintain blood sugar levels is what I would suggest, maybe short power naps during the day just for a little re boot 😊
I can relate to everything you said, especially loosing the appetite part. I can’t eat anything during my whole period which caused me a huge weight loss :(Still trying to figure out how to manage all of that.
I have been diagnosed with endo. For a few days before and all during my period I have mood swings, severe fatigue, headaches, diarrhea, pelvic pain, leg pain, and nausea. Going through this for 9 out of every 25 days has thrown me off. I stopped running and I’m overweight so I’m trying to follow a goal: short walks, gentle yoga, and more fruit and veg. Found some great “yoga for endo”vids on internet. Hope my symptom feedback is helpful and best of luck to you.
Hiya, I have endo and for me the main symptoms during my period are nausea (so much so I always think I could be pregnant!) Here's hoping. But for me nausea and mood swings are the worst symptoms. I used to get awful pain but changed my diet over a year ago and hardly get any pain now! But for you it could simply be PMS. Do you bleed in between periods or have any clots during your period? Also I think the main sign for endo is extreme pain x
Hi I have endometriosis an I get all these symptoms, they went away for a few years but hit me with a vengeance this year. I’m currently on waiting list for surgery, which can’t come soon enough. I hope you find out what the cause is for you xx
