I have a small hard lump in my pelvis/groin?

I’ve noticed a small hard lump in my pelvis/groin area over the last few months. It seems to come and go and has done for the last few months, but it’s been there much more frequently in the last couple of weeks.

It’s like a small pea-sized lump and feels quite hard. I seem to have one on each side in a similar place but the one on the left is much more prominent (I can see it without looking for it it when I stand up and am relaxed when it's 'flared' up).

I have done some research and it sounds like a swollen lymph node so I’m not too worried but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this and if they have had it looked at? I have possible bowel/rectum endometriosis but I am undiagnosed so I'm not sure if it's linked to anything!
