How many ladies have actually been able to lose weight and has it helped or has it hindered

Hey I have pcos and waiting for lap for endo. Pcos is known for making it hard to loose the pounds. I did a sugar free diet and no white carbs last year and lost 2.5 stone now I am a healthy weight but I can't say any of my symptoms are any better xxx

If I’m being very good and on the endo diet I can keep my weight around 9.5 stone and I do feel so much better when I’m lighter. I do think weight (in my case as everyone is different) makes things a lot harder for me if I’m a little heavier
