Hi I’ve recently been told I have endometriosis as I have been experiencing pain in my lower left area almost as if it is my ovaries area for six months now. It always starts when my period finishes around day 5. The pain wakes me up during the night and I cannot move. Does anyone else have this? I found that it lasts for about five days and then goes away pretty much comes back in my next cycle after my bleeding ends. Currently sitting in pain and don’t know what to do. I have a laparoscopy but at the end of feb. Haven’t spoken to anyone about this could really do with some advice from anybody who is going through this thank you so much please help

It's good to have the laparoscopy to get a definite diagnosis. If it is endometriosis may I recommend you research natural remedies before opting for surgery & birth control/hormone treatment.

I have been healing from bi-lateral endo for the past 2 years with diet, exercise, & herbal treatments from my certified herbalist.
