Endometriosis IVF treatment and bone pain

Hi, new to writing on these sites but I would love to know if others are going through the same and it’s not just me thinking I need an urgent MRI scan.

I have endometriosis stage 4 but that was diagnosed in 2010 so this could have changed. I’m going through IVF treatment 2nd round of egg collection, 3rd frozen embryo transfer After the egg collection end of August my tail bone (coccyx) really started to hurt when sitting. Then after the embryo transfer in November my hips started to ache especially at night. Doctor said it was the hormone treatment (all that oestrogen I’m guessing) but it hasn’t gone away. Do you think this sounds like it’s linked to the endometriosis to you? Any advise would be appreciated.
