Do you ever wake up really hungry then 30 minutes after you ate you feel like you are going to be sick? Or have I caught something I normally have nausea but I never feel so bad 😮 Should I try and eat something? 😮

You could try i have days like this but thier rear i end up drinking lucozade what helps and plain biscuits hope u feel better soon

Never tried lucozade 🤔 I cant eat biscuits I cant eat gluten 😂 But thank you I think mint is best for me it was the first time I nearly throw up so I was worried I caught something but its eased up 😮
