Since last year I get really nauseous, I don't know why but its annoying me. The drs put me on at least 3 different meds (at different times) to take it away. They worked for a bit then stopped so I'd go back and try something else.
The last few months have been good, I haven't felt sick as much. But the last few nights I've felt so nauseous that I can't sleep properly. I'm on anti depressants/anti anxiety tablets that cause nausea but even before having them (like tonight) I feel like I'm gonna puke. I really hate this as it also occurs EVERYtime I yawn..
I'm not pregnant, I eat and drink well. I usually sleep good so I don't know what it is.
I know its a long shot but if anyone has any advice, please help me
Thank you

Hi yah, have you tried ginger? I remember a girl I worked with was hungover a few times and shed have a teaspoon of crushed ginger and worked a treat everytime! Hope you get better
Hi i had nausea and vomiting for 5 months after my lap and still suffer now when im tired. I found pressure bands like you wear for travel sickness were quite good. I keep them on when its bad. Dont let yourself get too hungry or tired. Oddly for a while peanut butter and marmite sandwiches were all i could eat!! I also had acupuncture which helped. She recommmended having arnica and nux vomica homeopathic remedies which i got from boots. You have to kind of go with what works for you. Overall i think the pressure bands were the best and non toxic
