I have been on zoledex for 4 years I had my last one in August, I have just started a period does that mean withdrawn bleed from it or will my periods have started again.

They put me on zoledex because I had breast cancer. Which is now all clear they put me on tamoxifen but I had a stroke so they changed to the implant.
