Leg pain

Hey!

Does anyone suffer with leg pain?

I'm not 100% if this is endo related pain but I'm pretty sure it is.

If anyone else suffers could you please give me some tips on how to handle the pain??

I suffer with it and a lot of others do. I can't find anything to help sometimes a hot water bottle on my thighs. But hubby pressing my legs I hate especially my thighs it's a nasty tuckle feeling. I hope you get some relief soon it's truly awful 😔if you find something that helps please let me know hun. 💗🤗😘

The usual pain killers and electric heat pads work to some extent but not much else. I think it's where the pain from the abdomen radiates down.

I suffer from this. I find a hot water bottle is the only thing that help xx

Hot water bottles as above, but I also use arnica gel and camphor and menthol gel by simply beautiful cosmetics, sbc, they don’t cure it but they do help.
