Help and advice please

Hi there, I am new to the forum and this is the first time I have reached out to ask for help other than the docs. So I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 4 years ago but have suffered with it since the birth of my first daughter 7 years ago. I have Had 2 laparoscopies the most recent was 8 months ago. I also have a condition called APS (to simplify it is a blood clotting problem) which means the types of treatment offered to me for the prevention of endo (hormone or contraception-wise) is very limited. I have had the mirena a coil fitted during my last op, and was told to wait 12 months before contacting the gyny again. 8 months in and I have booked an appointment for Monday. I am so fed up of the physical symptoms, and the way my moods are so up and down. I know the endo is back...and the next treatment option for me will be “injections to start a fake menopause”. That’s as much info as I was given. Does anyone know what the injections are? Did the help? How were the emotional side effects? I am 32 with 2 children. I wouldn’t rule out a 3rd...but no plans for more children at present. I just want to feel normal and be able to leave the house without having to worry about “flooding” pains or feeling like an over-anxious idiot! Any help,tips, advice, alternative therapy suggestions...anything and everything will be gratefully received. Thankyou all, C xx

So I’m back to see the doctor on Weds and to check if the coil has fallen out, I’m not even convinced it’s in there! As symptoms are as bad as ever 😓
