Awaiting a period!!

CD 80 today!

And day 7 of taking Norethisterone.. so now to wait for a period! Any one had any experience with how long/little it takes??

I’m going to a conference tomorrow, so do I wear big pants lol! Plus I’m scared of the pain that will come with it as this will be my first period since my op! And also if it’s heavy!!! Oh my! 🙄🙁

I forgot how progesterone makes me feel.. I feel so low, weepy and I’m extremely moody. And don’t want s x. Couldn’t think of anything worse than some one touching me right now! And I am not like that at all! 🙄🙁

Achy legs are back again! Other half is currently being forced to rub them whilst I watch I’m a celeb!

Also I’m about 10 weeks post op from endo removal and pain after sex is back 😖🙁 didn’t expect the pains to return so quickly! Not impressed

I don’t have experience with norethisterone, but I had a 159 day cycle before I ended up giving in and going to the gynecologist. The period after was the worst I actually had to take pain medication (which I HATE-makes me feel so sick.) Normally I’m okay with pain.. and my horrible periods.. not that time.

I was actually able to get my cycle regulated with tri-linyah. And I ended up getting a laparoscopy a month later after my visit to the gynecologist and they removed a small amount of endo.

My advice is to brace yourself if you’re on a long cycle. Keep a heating pad handy!

I’m sorry you’re feeling so horribly emotionally. It’s hard being a woman!

Yeh im expecting an awful time of it. My last cycle was 94 days and it was awful. I ended up in a&e as my partner couldn’t get me off the bathroom floor! It’s awful!

I sympathize with that I hope this one isn’t too bad. Maybe the new medication will help?
