Sciatic pain post ovulation

Hi All, I'm now 9 weeks post lap. Have had two periods, am approx a week since supposed ovulation (if I did ovulate) ever since then the vice like pain in my abdomen and lower back has been building and is unbearable (doesn't respond to any pain relief or heat/cold), today I have really bad sciatic pain and had this last month too. I was experiencing this pre excision and was getting worse each month, had hoped this would be resolved.

Anyone else get this or can offer any advice as to how to manage. We have been TTC for a year and a half but seriously considering getting the coil back as am in pain more than I'm not!
