Ectopic?

Hello

Just found out I’m pregnant a week ago. According to my last period I should be 7 weeks but doctors said I’m looking 4 weeks. Before I fell pregnant they suspected I had endo was waiting for a MRI but found out I was pregnant which wasn’t planned. I have sharp pains on my lower right side, it gets worse, I’ve been to A&E and they have been useless tbh. I’m worried it might be ectopic because I took the morning after pill back in October and clearly it didn’t work so there’s that risk.

Did a scan and they said there fluid next to what they think is a sac but they can’t tell what it is yet I have to wait, they took LOTSSSS of blood tests and waiting for results to see if my hormones have changed or not, if they’ve doubled then the baby is fine if not then there’s an issue.

Does endo cause pain on one side or both in pregnancy? I’ve heard both but I only get it on my right and it won’t go away I’m just worried now.
