I had a scan today I think I am 4 weeks but no sac found only a cyst 2cm and free fluid next to ovary. So suspect ectopic. I just want to know if having free fluid is a sign or not
I have Endo and worried sick it will affect it. My hgc levels 48 hrs ago 58 now 204 any advice welcome xx
4 weeks pregnant is too early to see a sac normally it's at least 6 weeks. Are you having a scan in two weeks time? Yes endo can effect pregnancy but many women still go on and have a healthy pregnancy and baby. It's hard not to worry but 4 weeks is just too early for a scan to pick up a sac and heartbeat. Have another scan in two weeks time. Take folic acid and preggie cuts eat well and get plenty of rest. Good luck hun fingers crossed for u xx

Thank you. I have another scan on Monday and to check my levelS again. Am just worried about the free fluid and another cyst. I hope it doesn't but tbh my pains just the same was really bad last week but it's manageable just now xxx
You can have a normal pregnancy with cysts and or fibroids. And you will experience mild cramps as your uterus expands to allow for your baby to grow. I was told by a radiologist that most heartbeats show anywhere between after 6 weeks. Try a keep positive. Hugs xx
You probably need to discuss this with your doctor. I know yes it can, but may not be, too. But can happen. Try not to worry. My advice talk closely with your Dr., and if you're not comfortable with them. Get another Dr.

I had an ectopic pregnancy on Valentines day 12yrs ago, I'd found out I was 6 weeks pregnant at the time of seeing my GP i explained I had a lot of pain on my right side at the time she made a remark about I could be having an ectopic but back then I had no idea what that was she just advised my parter (who's now my hubby) to watch that the pain didn't get to bad, 4 weeks later I collapsed at home and let's just say I'm lucky to be here, if any health professional thinks your having an ectopic pregnancy they need to follow that up as if it ruptures like it did with me the consequences can be bad, as it happens I was in hospital for a few weeks and lost a Fallopian tube which is nothing compared to what could have happened x
But I was at least 6 weeks pregnant before the mentioned ectopic to me x
Hi Differpie, have you had surgery recently, or just before you fell pregnant? The reason I am asking is that I had surgery to remove adhesions and both my tubes on the 31st of Dec. It turned out to be quite extensive surgery. Last week I went for a scan and like you it turned out I have free fluids near my right ovary, they can't figure out if it's a cyst on or near my ovary or just free fluid so I've been given a prostap injection to try n shrink it before my ivf cycle, but I've been told this is quite a normal occurrence after surgery. They are trying to shrink it in order to give the ivf a a better chance to work.
I do think you should speak to your specialist in case it is an ectopic pregnancy but it may not be anything to worry about. Try to keep positive and let us know how you go. Xxx
So sorry to hear about ur experience. that must have been so frightening!! They suspect ectopic as the pain I was getting my hcg levels were at 58 when I was admitted. Then 48hrs later the quadrupled to 240 scared Incase they rise too much 
I have bad endo as well so I can't tell if its endo or something else x
Also, if you are having an ectopic pregnancy, you will have shoulder tip pain and feel very unwell. If you feel like this you should call emergency services and get admitted straight away.
