Hello, I have stage 4 endo which was on my bowels and poD and other areas. I had my bowel shaved in 2008/09ish and several laps since then last one being several months ago which I got told my bowel is tethered to my pelvis. My pain came back within two months and I'm awaiting on an appointment to see my consultant. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a need to poop sensation while having sex? It's the first time I had this feeling and I was wondering if it could be endo related. I'm due a colonoscopy end of this month which I think will show nothing even though I do get bowel bleeds mainly with periods and sometimes when I'm not on.

It is likely to be adhesions in Pouch of Douglas. During sex your bowel feels this. I take a pain killer and have sex on my side slowly. I do find that achieving a orgasm with or without a partner relieves the endo pain and gramps.
