Bad skin

Charlottepeacock27 profile image

I'm only 15 and obviously am going through a very stressful time at school, if you have read some of my other posts you'll know I haven't been diagnosed yet, but I have awful skin, I'm always flushed, I have loads of spots and of course I go to school so do not want to go to school with loads of white heads, any advice for good skin, anything from tips or what products to use would be very helpful!

Thank you❤

If you want to try shop bought cleansers, try anything from this boots range and I guarantee it will clear your skin! It's the only thing that's worked for me!

I've gone from having horrendous spots all over my face to currently having one on my nose, two on my forehead and a few on my cheeks and chin, it seriously works and don't cost a bomb either! They also sell a little gel twist up stick that I use during the day to keep spots at bay and sooth those really painful under the skin spots!

But exfoliate every other day, cleanse every morning and night and every evening use toner and moisturise! It's a lot but it works! Try Lush's skindrink and grease lightening as well! Bit pricier than the boots stuff but it does work! Hope you can take control of your acne, but if it gets really bad see your doctor and ask for a referral to a dermatologist x

Coconut oil works wonders!! Just pure coconut oil by itself (I buy mine from eBay) and you'll see results in days, they become less inflamed and eventually disappear! I'm only 17 and suffered with acne and had tablets and all sorts and In the end it was coconut oil that cured them!

Hi sorry to hear this, defo exfoliate every other day , I would suggest sudocrem after your bath right before you head to bed I put on sudocrem I jus use like moisturiser but don’t put it on every night I usually do it every other night when I exfoliate my face .. it dries them right up, the ones with head’s on them put sudocrem in them every night not all over your face.. I’ve done this for years and it work wonder’s for me .. also using a good foundation if you wear make up helps and stick to he same foundation , I made mine worse by using all diff types of moisturiser and foundation’s hope this helps , and good luck! 😘 x

Thank you so much for this!! I'm not a massive make up wearer but don't often exfoliate thank you again!!! ❤

I use the skinsystem stuff which really isn't working out so I will definitely try these, I'm not a massive makeup wearer luckily, thank you so much for the advice, I hope you and your daughter are fighting it together, lots of love❤❤
