I have been taking Esmya for several months and have had an appointment today, I have 4 fibroids and they have responded well to the treatment. They are not significantly large so Gynae doesn't think any further treatment of Esmya will be required (have had 2 cycles). He therefore doesn't think my pain is related to the fibroids and said it may be muscoskeletal and physio may help! My pain is worse around ovulation and bleeding. The pain is a stabbing burning type pain around ovary area. Does anyone think it sounds like Endo? He agreed to do a laproscopy as I said I would rather have that and know we have ruled everything gynae related out. Really happy to be getting this and if nothing is found then I will have to deal with that I guess.
