Extremely painful bloating

Has anyone else experienced painful bloating, it felt horrendous all the way up to my ribs it felt like they were being crushed in a vice, nothing got rid of it I just had to ride it out, anyone else?

Yes! I’ve been having awful bloating the last six months! It looks like I’m 8mths pregnant some days. It has been discovered that I have an endometrioma on my right ovary, and there is suspicion that I have Endometriosis on my bowel - I’m having an MRI next Monday to see if this is the case.

Yes, completely.

I have it really very badly, my clothes do not fit, and anything touching my stomach at all causes me a lot of pain.

As LouLou said, I also look very pregnant too with it.

Yes. When I have ovarian cysts / endometriomas, the bloating is ridiculous. Endo also bloats me according to where I am in my cycle e.g. ovulating or menstruating will bloat me up.

I have exactly the same thing! I am glad I am not the only one! I went to the doctors the other day to explain my bloating around certain part of my cycle and they just fobbed me off with IBS.
