Hello, I was diagnosed with endo by lap 2 years ago. Recently me and my partner have been trying for a baby and I don’t know, I guess I just feel different? I’m nauseated all the time, my boobs are sore, I have bad headaches and constipation, I am so extremely exhausted (or so I feel) and normally I’m energetic and at 100mph.
I’m writing this post because I should be due for my period in 2 days but I have no horrific pains, no cramping nothing. I don’t feel how I would normally feel with having endo. Also normally my periods are so irregular I tend to bleed every other week after my period so I never normally know when my period actually starts. I’ve worked it out though and I haven’t bled at all since 27th September..
I’m just wondering if there’s anyone on here who had said thing and if they found out they was pregnant after it?
I’m so desperate to be a mummy, maybe I’m just confusing these symptoms with endo?
Please help 😕

I've been trying for nearly 3 years, and did conceive after 2 years but miscarried. The month I fell pregnant was the only month I didn't have all the classic pregnancy symptoms. Usually I have sore breasts, nausea, bloating, constipation...all the things you describe, but didn't when I found out I was pregnant. I had a few days of spotting actually at the time my period was due, although a couple of days early. I thought this was the start of my period and only tested when this stopped after 2 days and no red bleeding started. On the day I tested I was exhausted, like another level exhausted and had had a good sleep. I tested in the evening after work and had a clear positive. I should also say I had period periods, and so this is why I didn't think to test, little did I know implantation often feels like period cramps. Id like to say I don't symptom spot anymore but I still can't help myself, but I don't get my hopes up anymore. Good luck...the only way to know is to test.
I’m so sorry to hear that Michelle, that’s awful. I guess you’re right when it comes to testing so I’m going to have to wait for a few more days. I had a missed miscarriage last year, and I had no symptoms either. I guess everyone’s body is different though for some you will have symptoms and for others you won’t. I’ll write an update back to you once I know for sure. I’m only 23 so I feel like having endo at this age is far too early! But it is what it is. I wish you all the luck in the world, never give up x
