Excruciating pain after lap and Mirena

Hi ladies, Im writing in despair, I just had my first lap 3 weeks ago and Found endo in level 2 spread around in bowel, bladder, uterus and ovaries. Then I put the Mirena coil as a big hope to keep it clean, but since the I've been feeling excruciating pain, unbearable. I went to my GP then to the emergency, and yesterday I went tl the gynaecologist and she couldn't find anything, the Mirena seems to be at the right place and she told me to wait a bit more, but I cant take this pain anymore. Did someone have the same experience with Mirena after lap? Does it settle down after a while? I don't even know what to take anymore, I tried all sorts of painkillers thank you

Hi. I too was in a lot of pain after laparoscopy. Mine was down to the air that they use to inflate your abdomen during the procedure, it got trapped in my stomach. I was in so much pain and discomfort from it. I looked as though I was 9months pregnant! Usually the air can get trapped up by the sholder etc, and is quite common. If it is trapped air, buscapan and peppermint tea can help.
