Tight Feeling in Womb

It feels like my womb is cramping but not in the normal way, like it feels like the nervous feeling you get in your stomach, but in my womb. It feels tight and it keeps doing flips and it's making me feel pretty nauseous. Anyone else get this?

It's not a nice feeling when this happens.

If you have any Clary sage essential oil rub some on your stomach and ankles. It does help ease the pain, anxiety and will calm the nauseous feeling. (you can also add to your bath and soak in it).

I've been using for the last couple of days and it seems to be easing my pains. I put on my stomach and pelvic area and let it soak in then use my Magnetic heat pad or hot water bottle. ( don't use the heat pad or hot water bottle in the bath as the heat from the water will do the job of the heat pad or hot water bottle)

I hope you feel much better soon ((Big Hugs))
