Adhesions and Endometriosis

Hi I had surgery last week as in laparoscopy to find source of my pain, turned out to be a lot of adhesions on my left and right bowel and appendix and huge amount on umbulicus upper region as well as some endometriosis on my right ovary - a week on I still feel awful - anyone any advice hoe much longer before I feel better? Still feel so sluggish and sore

It took me about a fortnight to recover from the same. Just listen to your body and rest up x

Same here hun some of us heal longer that others. Give serrapeptase a look at and maybe try it stops scar tissue from forming 💗🤗😘
