I've just come from seeing my doctor about how my endo pains are getting worse even though I'm the contraceptive pill. She mentioned that maybe it would be best to get them contraceptive injection Depo-Provera every 3 months in my back. I'm a bit sceptical and was wondering if any one has had this before?
Thanks xx

I wish I had taken the Depo Pro Vera contraception when I was young, but it stops your periods. I was told that a women needed to bleed as it was to clear out all of the reproductive system....how wrong were we! Had I taken a contraceptive that halved or ceased my bleeding, I probably wouldn't have ended up with stage 4 endo, adeno, fibroids, cysts on my ovaries, IBS, etc
Need to possibly change your diet and eat lots of green leafy veg (I've been having a lot for brekkie with scrambled egg. I'm slowly coming off meat and loving my fruit!
